She has held several financial analysis positions providing management, control and administration of fiscal operations. As an experienced Financial Proposal Manager, she specialized in managing financial responses to large government procurements and task order proposals and executed complex high dollar must-win proposals.
As Program Control Manager, Mrs. Monroe managed numerous contracts valued over $60M. She implemented processes to effectively manage several contracts at one time, provide professional cost analysis, deliver on-time contract scheduling and consistently increase profits.
As an experienced Facilities Manager, she oversaw two government-contracting facilities and provided program control support for over 200 employees.
